Sepp Blatter said ...

A powerless Sepp Blatter is not FIFA. FIFA has no power over the rules of the game. IFAB is a composition of FIFA and four British Football Associations. If the President of FIFA, Sepp Blatter tells you he will change rules or bring in Goal-line video technology, he is either lying or mostly likely, you twisted his words.

People are kinda disappointed that when IFAB sub technical committee meet on Wednesday, the will only discuss what they set out to discuss in May; the effect of additional assistant referees as has been the case in the past two Europa League tournament. As of now, the technology issue is not even on the bigger October meeting of the IFAB (International Football Associations Board). If you want more headaches, disappointments and lies, expect it. By chance, it may get its way on the agenda.

Was it the best Joe Cole could do by going to Liverpool, or is it, was it the best  Liverpool could do by getting Joe Cole?
