Bosso beats Black Mambas to put pressure on Dynamos

Lawson Nkomo scored a last minute scorcher of a goal at Barbourfields Stadium as Highlanders subdued a stubborn Black Mambas. The all-important winner rifled with tremendous power and chilling accuracy was worth winning any match and even more so, more valuable than gold for Bosso.

Bosso's had spent the afternoon being frustrated by the Hararians, who seemed content to spoil the party and wasting time. The ill-disciplined policemen fell to a master-stroke sucker-punch masterminded by Kelvin Kaindu's troops who are gunning the first championship in six seasons.

The solitary goal victory was enough to secure the second spot after Dynamos came away with a 0-2 victory from the Colliery where they dealt Chipangano's survival hopes a big blow. Hwange needed a positive results to improve their chances of keeping the Castle Premier League status.

Highlanders are most likely going to play Dynamos in their next fixture which may take place soon after the FIFA international break next week. It was encouraging as the Tshilamoya performance begins to look like championship workmanship as evidenced by lasting the distance and scoring when they have to.
