New Jack City was bought by a guy called Elvis Sibanda. He approached Peter Ndlovu to help him run the team. Elvis Sibanda, a brother to Butho SBV Sibanda of Makokoba City Warriors, took Ezrom Nyandoro to South Africa for the first time.
He is a man passionate about the game and has championed Richard Choruma's first move to the South African league side Bloemfontein Celtics FC, a few years ago.
Among other players that he has helped was Muzondiwa Mugadza. Elvis took Lazy Mzo to one of South Africa's Iron Ladies of football, Ria Ledwaba. Ria's team, Ria Stars wanted the services of the then Zimbabwe international, but the deal fell through.
Elvis did not lay matters down with on any deal. He shipped Ezrom Nyandoro to First Division side of South Africa, Dangerous Darkies. Delma Lupepe, the owner of Amazulu of Zimbabwe was not prepared to do the deal with Darkies. Elvis headed to the Buccaneers' camp. Augusto Palacious, of Orlando Pirates Academy then, was willing to give Ezrom a run.
At the opportune moment to strike a deal, Delma Lupepe rather used the opportunity to leverage a deal with business colleague, Patrice Motsepe. It was a good deal after all, given that Yellowman is now Sundowns' captain.
Elvis Sibanda helped so many other players and put a lot of effort in some other deals that did not go through because of greed on the part of club officials, including Simba Nyakuzviwandza and Hebert Dick, who he had taken to Dangerous Darkies with Nyandoro. Sihlangu Dlodlo is the currently Ezrom Nyandoro's manager.
