Chelsea are said to have joined the race for German Ozil. The World Cup star has been given 2 weeks by Ferguson to decide to join Manchester United. The 21-year-old is said to be set to join Barcelona in any case.
In a week Martin O'Neil resigned from Aston Villa, already American Bob Bradley is touted as a favourite to replace him. Bradley took the USA to the World Cup 2nd round in scintillating fashion and is very tactically sound.
O'Neil has been a Villa faithful servant and it is obvious he was rubbed on the wrong side big time, seeing the timing of his resignation. The Premiership kicks off in days.
Bradley himself has a Brazil friendly to get out of his way before he can finalise his USA issues and conclude anything in Europe, where he has always expressed his desire to work. He was also considered a strong Roy Hodgson replacement before Mark Hughes took the job.
