ReplyDeleteIt was a simple inswinger and as a former goalkeeper myself, a little embarassing. The worst excuse I have heard is that of a goalkeeper who thought he saw a lion flying and let it pass, only to find he had let the ball in. I will not try to find the excuse from this one.
