FOHIPA aiming for growth, facing challenges.

FOHIPA Committee is currently facing challenges in mapping strategies on the way forward owing to logistical issues with Highlanders Football Club. The legends association were hoping to have things fall into place quick enough to utilise the legal representation from the club's lawyers.
According to a trusted source, that aspect is not smooth sailing and the legends are frustrated. Efforts to get confirmation of the situation from Bosso chairman, Themba Ndlela, via Skype were unsuccessful as he did not answer or return the call from e-Diski.

The understanding is that the association is not getting enough cooperation as hoped for and promised but efforts are being made to reach common ground. Contacted for comment, the Secretary General Netsai Super Moyo was very cautious in his comments preferring only to say that they are working towards getting small things ironed out and it was not a big deal.

Super said he trusted that everyone was working towards the good of the club and hence it was not really anything to write home about. He admitted that they should have been on another level at this point, but that they are looking at growing numbers of the members by seeking effective marketing of their ideas home and abroad.

"We are also asking for patience from potential members as our e-mail has been giving problems. We are trying to change our service provider and things will be ok. People will be informed", he said. Some fans had also e-mailed e-Diski about the problems they have with returning e-mail.

So far, there is growing numbers locally but FOHIPA think things can be better. The association is thinking big and has potential to do business for the former players and the club from a wide membership base and from those in need of a well-branded funeral and medical plans that the association is planning to give.

There is further potential in T-shirt sales. The Bosso Legends can go on to sell everything from baby nappies, blankets, coffee mugs, umbrellas, side mirror socks, car bras, stickers balloons, seat covers, table cloths, door mats or even condoms in the quest to raise funds. It is trusted that all merchandise will be made available world-wide.

The public is encouraged in their communities to collectively ready themselves to support whatever projects will germinate first. Doing business in bulk will benefit our former heroes and coming together in groups will thwart awaiting counterfeiters as they attempt to get a bite from the merchandise.
